This is me with my first two planes |
Well I don't particulary take many photos of nething. But wot I do take photos of are my radio controlled aircraft. So scroll down and have a look. If thatz ur thing. |
This is me with my third plane. This one is really aerobatic and can fly fast or very slow. |
Here's me controlling the first plane I got and I'm just about to touch down. |
Here's me controlling my plane on the flyover. |

Here's me controlling my plane and I'm just on the turn. |
Here I am again controlling my plane. And I'm just about to fly over those trees |
This plane is called a Telemaster. We rescued this beutiful plane from a fellow pilot, he was all ready to put it in the bin, and then we got it off him for free. I bet he's kicking himself now. :-) |
This is me as I am getting better at my aerobatics. Doing a tricky manouver called Knife edge. |
This is another knife edge. You might just be able to see just how much rudder you need to do this. |
This is Insomnia. So called because it's my dads own design, and when he was building it we stayed up late for several nights running. Amazingly this beutiful plane only took my dad a few weeks to build and make it ready to fly. |
This photo of me & Insomnia gives you a good idea of the size of it. |
This is me & all my planes accept for the new one as we didn't have the new one when this was taken. I really love my hobby. |
And then there were two. As you can see our latest development is the all Insomniac (right). This is a very similar design, but they are two very different planes. And the problem with Insomnia was it was very heavy, so now this one we were more careful. And this one really does fly a treat. And is now probably my favourite one. |
Here is another view of the beuitul Telemaster. I really think this is my favourite plane view looks. Because I like a plane to look real as well. And this one really lives up to that expectation. |
Here's another view of the two planes that I love. Both my dad's and my creations, from paper to built. They are both one of a kind. (copy right!!!) lol |
And another view. In case you're wondering what the differences are, apart from the minor differences. You might be able to notice that Insomniac, (right) is a low winger, and Insomnia (left) is a mid winger. There are also quite a few other variations in the two. And they fly very differently. |
Here is the Telemaster in flight. As you can see it is a flat bottom wing. This has caused many problems with the design of this aircraft and setting it up. But it does meen it has a very nice glide. But it has several vices and it is not easy to land. But what the hey it looks nice. :-) |
Here you can see the under side of the Telemaster as I am on the roll. With such a wide wing it is not easy to roll. But if you can get it right it looks very nice. |
I have recently started flying helicopters now as well. And this is my first one. A Nexus 30. People told me before I started to fly helicopters that they were hard to fly. I have even heard actual helicopter pilots say that the model is harder to fly than the real thing. Now I've never flown a real helicopter, but yes the models are challenging, but there not impossible. In fact when you get the hang of them they are great fun. |
Another view of this beutiful piece of machinery. |
With this picture of me holding my helicopter it gives you a real good idea of its size. |
This is my new Helicopter. The Hirobo Shuttle Z. This helicopter took me just 10 hours to build. It is a very nice aircraft to fly, and looks gr8 2. I took this picture with my new webcam in ma bedroom. |
Here is another view of ma new helicopter in ma room. |
Here is ma helicopter in ma back garden just running on the ground getting ready for lift off. Those rotor blades really turn. They're doing speeds nething like from 15 to 18 thousand RPM!! |
Herez me in ma back gardnen just practicing my hovering. Look at the concertration on ma face. lol. |
Here I am hovering in ma back garden again. God the neighbours must love me. lol. Slowly getting higher now. Almost ready to take to the skies. |
Here is ma helicopter again. And no this time Im not in my back garden. :-0 lol This is down the field where I fly so plenty of room here. Hovering nice and high. |
This is me hovering down the field again. LoL I know wot ur thinking. Do these helicopters do nething else other than hovering. But the thing is with these helicopters u have 2 learn to hover as this is how they land. But now my helicopter is slowly getting sorted and set up I am getting more confident and will soon be buzzing around the skies. |
Now uve prob bin wondering with all this helicopter flying wotz happen with the planes. Well Im now close to getting my B lisence which will then allow me to fly in shows. :-) And this is the plane I have chosen to take my B with. Itz my dads own design. Insomniac. I love this plane. It flys like a dream. |
Herez Insomniac on a nice stead fly by. It really looks nice in the air. |
As u can probably tell by now I love this manouver. Itz called a knife edge. I love doing them because itz not the sort of thing u see that often and u wudnt expect a plane to b able 2 fly like this. Itz not easy but the crouds love it. And thatz wot I love. Flying to please. I dont show off. Im not good enuff to show off. I just love entertaining as Im not good at a lot of things, but this is one thing I am good at. And I really love this hobby. |
Here is me flying Insomniac again and Im flying slow and low accross the field getting ready to touch down. I have to say landing is probably the part I enjoy most. I love the challenge of making it look as real as possible. And when u get it right and u get a good landing. It really is a pleasing accomplishment. |
(Note: "Insomnia" is no more letz just say itz finally asleep. LoL) |
